     Frank holds both a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics with over 15 years experience working in Investment Banking as a Currency Trader and Analyst.  Currently, Frank manages his own currency fund, advises and speaks publicly on events related to the current state of our economy, trade, foreign policy, public education, immigration, politics ,and government spending.  Frank is a regular guest on Fox Business News.
